Founder/President

Serial entrepreneur, lover of statistics, and skilled researcher. Cesar can identify opportunities, trends, and solutions before many experts. Graduated from California State University with a degree in Psychology and a minor on Entrepreneurship. Cesar main contribution to the company as a founder is his long term vision that encapsules a tremendous amount of applied technology. Mentored by Arthur Taulbee Ph.D. while Doctor Taulbee successfully launched Bradsworth Digital Solutions and signed the company to provide services to NASA. This mentoring relationship helped Cesar navigate the upper management aspects of business. Mr. Cesar educational and work background make him a capable leader who can maximize human capital.

For the past 10 years Cesar has meticulously monitored and valued the real estate industry as a hobbie. In the last 3 years he started to actively pursuit a plan to penetrate the New Home Development Industry at a multinational level. Most recently in 2019 he started to build a team to create Ai Development Corporation with the vision to create 3D concrete printed communities before anyone. In 2021, Cesar started to consolidate his vision by partnering with people in Mexico City where Cesar’s research methods lead him to a list of properties for sale at below market price. Later in 2021, he hired 3 employees including Architect-Engineer Jorge Gomez, one full time real estate agent and one part-time novice architect. Cesar Directed the architectural design for Villa Hermosa. Ai Development’s first attempt to penetrate the industry. Such a plan consists of 23 single family homes and an apartment building in the Estate of Tabasco, Mexico. Other designs include a 12-story high panoramic resort and a panoramic Airbnb mini cabin that can be built in alarge range of environments.

Mr. Cesar has also worked in door to door sales, mentoring university students, marketing research field, and management. Although, it is not related relate to real estate development Mr. Cesar has manage to created a network of people in Irvine California, A city know to be driven by technology industry. His Network abilities will ease the path to reach a vision far beyond any statistical outliers.

Licensed architect with over 19 years in the construction and design business and a formidable record in the industry.

Mr. Gomez has participated in the construction and development of residential buildings and over 25,000 houses in different states of Mexico, Central America, and South America.

Possessing a high level of knowledge in the field of construction and building planning, Mr. Jorge Gomez is a valuable employee and first partner.
